A more sustainable way to stay hydrated
Globally, one million plastic bottles are purchased each minute, with a small fraction ever getting recycled. Where do they all go? Unfortunately, most of these single-use plastic containers end up in our natural environment, clogging waterways and choking oceans.
While recycling efforts are well intended, only about 9% of all plastic waste ever gets recycled. With roughly 80% going into landfills, dumps, and our natural environment. Where discarded plastics get washed into our waterways, eventually carried out to sea as part of the 8 million tons of plastic waste entering our oceans every year.
The results are devastating to the marine life that depend on healthy oceans to survive. Plastic waste ingestion and entanglement is a serious threat leads to the disease and death of at least 800 marine species worldwide. The only way to effectively manage this growing plastic problem is by switching to more sustainable solutions.
Help eliminate the use of plastic water bottles and other single-use drink containers whenever possible with a reusable bottle. And better yet, choose a reusable water bottle that also gives back to the world through charitable donations and environmental protection.
