Patagonia Capilene Cool Daily Graphic Shirts offer versatile performance and comfort for any activity level. Made from quick-drying, moisture-wicking stretch fabric with a light, soft feel. On average, Americans use and toss out 167 plastic water bottles every year with less than a third of those ever getting recycled. Much of this discarded plastic ends up in our natural environment, eventually being carried out to sea as part of the 8 million tons of plastic waste entering our oceans every year. As the first outdoor clothing manufacturer to transform plastic bottles into fleece, Patagonia has been working to reduce this flow of waste into our environment for almost 30 years.
Today, Patagonia continues to use recycled polyester made from used soda bottles and unusable manufacturing waste to create new polyester fibers for clothing and gear. And, as a certified B Corporation, Patagonia continues to find new ways to make their business more sustainable, including a commitment to using only renewable or recycled materials in their products by 2025.
