$5 of every sell goes to protecting refugees in quarantine
Japanese for “coffee,” the Kōhi Coffee Canister from MiiR invites us to enjoy fresh coffee in artfully crafted style. The bold, organic design flows upward around the coffee canister, culminating in a beautiful ornamental lid. An interior accordion-style seal compresses to kick out oxygen and lock in flavor, keeping your coffee fresh. Each canister holds a standard 12oz bag of coffee beans (whole or ground).
The collaboration between artist Dana Tanamachi and MiiR was inspired by the Japanese concept of Gaman (我慢), translated as “enduring the seemingly unbearable with patience and dignity.” Through their partnership, these custom pieces of functional beauty were created to support Preemptive Love, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping those most vulnerable to the effects of COVID-19.
For every Tanamachi Collection product sold, $5 goes directly to Preemptive Love and their work around the world to protect refugees in quarantine.
